Description:

Structural design of the casing for the protection of the archaeological site called “Tempio volsco”.
The project involves an area characterized by the presence of ruins of the eighteenth-century Church of SS. Stigmata and, in particular, by portions of the wall structure of an ancient Tempio Volsco of the fourth century. B.C.
The detailed structural design aimed at ensuring the protection and the enhancement of the archaeological site by identifying structural solutions compatible with the complexity of the site.
The large glass case with slender vertical structures suggests the original volume of the church.
